MACA AVOCADO BROWNIES

Ingredients

1 Foodstirs Chocolate Lovers Brownie Mix (or brownie mix of choice)

1 large, ripe avocado

¼ cup maca powder

¾ cup almond milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and spray an 8 inch square baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Peel, core and cube the avocado then add to a large mixing bowl. Using an electric hand blender, mix the avocado until smooth then add the maca powder and blend until all incorporated.
  2. With the hand blender on medium-low speed, add the brownie mix and blend, then add the almond milk and whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spread the brownie batter evenly into the prepared pan, and bake for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out clean.
  4. Cool to room temperature, then cut into 16 squares.
