It’s no secret that adding tons of greens to your nutrition plan is one of the keys to a healthier life (and a killer bod). But it’s not always that easy, is it? We asked Nutritionist Kelly LeVeque about the best way sneak more veggies into our daily diet, and she gave us this delicious smoothie recipe, which just so happens to be one of Jessica’s go-tos.

Ingredients

1 serving vanilla pea protein powder (or plain protein powder)

¼ -½ avocado

1 small Persian cucumber (or ½ cup peeled English cucumber)

Handful of spinach

2 cups unsweetened almond milk

1 tablespoon chia seeds

Juice of ½ a lemon

Optional: 1 teaspoon turmeric + small pinch black pepper

Instructions

Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
