Back to School: Empowering Happier, Healthier Lives

One of the greatest needs for low-income children is backpacks. And for many, it’s more than just a backpack; it’s what they use to hold all the things that matter — and belong — to them. It helps give them confidence and feel prepared — in that way, it’s a factor in helping kids stay in school.

When kids stay in school, it impacts their lives in a positive way through education and being a part of a community. But even beyond that, it also helps their families as a whole because the parents are able to go to work and provide more stable financial support.

At Honest, our work is about so much more than a job, it’s about our mission to empower people to live happy, healthy lives. This permeates through everything we do — from the safe and eco-friendly products we create to making sure every employee is able to give back and enrich the community around them.

This month, in partnership with Baby2Baby, Honest is collecting school supplies and filling backpacks with folders, notebooks, pencils, erasers, scissors, rulers and Honest personal care products to prepare them for the school year ahead.

We are so happy to do our part in boosting confidence and making it possible for kids to get the education they want and need.
