Kelly LeVeque’s Smoothie Recipe will Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth

Our fave nutritionist Kelly LeVeque and our friends over at The Little Market teamed up to create a beautiful smoothie bowl that has summer written all over it. (And, you need to stop everything and try it for yourself.)

Kelly Says
“The prettiest smoothie bowls are pink, they also have just enough (but not too much) fruit to taste sweet without a blood sugar roller coaster and cravings later. Full of a sweet and creamy flavor, this smoothie is a healthy and tasty alternative to a strawberry shortcake.”

How to Make It
1 Serving Vanilla Protein Powder
Coconut Creme
1-2 tbsp Chia Seeds
1/4 cup Strawberries (frozen or fresh)
1 cup Unsweetened Nutmilk

Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend to desired consistency. If you use fresh strawberries add a few ice cubes to cool. Top with berries & hemp hearts.
