This delightful dish is almost too pretty to eat! Today Gaby Dalkin of What’s Gaby Cooking shows us how to make a kitchen sink salad — a loaded salad that uses everything but the kitchen sink! Follow her recipe, or feel free to make it your own with whatever’s in your fridge.

May is the beginning of my favorite time of year! The time of year when you can eat endless amounts of delicious vegetables, sit outside on the patio with friends and family, and hit the road for a road trip to explore a new part of the country!

This Kitchen Sink Quinoa Salad is EVERYTHING! It’s one of my favorite meals and I could literally eat it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. No shame from me! And let’s not forget about how gorgeous it is!! I’m all about color when it comes to food. If it’s not instagram friendly then it’s not worth making! And THIS salad is 100% insta-friendly.

Loaded salads are a way of life! I especially love them because you can mix and match ingredients depending on what you have on hand. So if you’re missing something, feel free to jazz it up with something else! You can also change it up depending on your taste preferences. If you’re into Tex-Mex, add in some black beans and salsa. If you’re feeling a little pacific northwest, add in some grilled salmon! No matter which way you spin it… you’ll love it!! And so will kids, because it’s like eating a rainbow!
