Or chopped up organic strawberries or blueberries… and blend until it looks thick and creamy. Scoop out into bowls and enjoy! (You can also them refreeze for a later treat). It’s delish!!!! I don’t have one thing that I love to cook with my kids. This is because I love cooking with them every night no matter what we are making. My daughter, who is 4, has her own knives, mixing cups and spoons and I made her an apron for her birthday. She scoots her stool over and is my little sous chef. She cuts vegetables, add things into the pot and stirs until her little arm gets tired.

There are a lot of things that my son and I love to cook/bake/assemble together in the kitchen. He is only a toddler, but he somehow knows when I am making him spaghetti with Brussel sprouts! He runs into the kitchen and telling me he’d like to help make the sauce and eat the extra spaghetti noodles. He also has his own little chef outfit, so it’s always heartwarming to see him in there with me and bonding over a hobby of mine. From time to time, we also make his favorite berry smoothie which consists of all organic ingredients; frozen berries (washed and frozen by us), chia seeds, honey, ice cubes, almond chia and coconut milk, and greek yogurt. He loves putting all of the ingredients into the blender and blending away!
